MEMORY JUNCTION CLASS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please read all of the class policies below prior to registering for a class.

.

• All Classes must be paid at time of sign up – depending on the availability of spots, you can place your name on a wait list for additional classes being offered.
• Class size is limited and filled on a first-paid, first-serve basis.  Register in person or by phone with a credit card.  Payment with registration is required.
• Payment is required at the time of Registration.  Registration closes three days prior to class to give the instructor time enough to prepare.  Please register early as many classes will fill up fast!

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

All classes and crops typically require 5 people for the class/crop to be held.  It is at the instructor's discretion to hold a class with fewer than 5 people registered. Day classes will run with the amount of people that are signed up, but evening classes must meet the required minimums.

• FOR THIS REASON - it's important to register early so we can inform the instructors and give you the best service! Please plan on coming after you sign up.  If you need to cancel or reschedule – you must give 48 hours notice prior to class.  If less notice is given, the class fee is forfeited. If there is a kit, you can make arrangements to pick up your kit, but there are no written instructions with class kits. Class credits for cancelled classes in the appropriate time frame must be used within 60 days.
• Children 13 and older are invited to attend provided their own class fee has been paid and a paying parent remains with them.  Ages 10+ are allowed at specific classes (see kid class descriptions).  Sorry... No small babies or small children allowed.
• Please be on time.  Many find it helpful to come 15 minutes early and get ideas.
• If the class is done and you’re weren’t able to complete your project in the allotted time frame, and you still need to use a certain stamp, punch or die, you are welcome to come back to the store during store hours and use the items to finish your project on your own time.

HST IS APPLIED TO THE COST OF ALL CLASSES

CREATIVE TOOL KIT REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES

These are the basic tools and items that are needed for classes at Memory Junction. They may not always be used but then you have them here in case you need them. If special items are needed for a class, you will be notified in the class description. 

-          sharp scissors                                                                                             

-          pencil / ruler

-          a variety of adhesives – runners, glue dots, glue pen, double sided tape, pop up foam tape, glue stick   

-          straight-edge cutters

-          scoring blade

-          basic brown ink for distressing edges (optional, but you will notice that every project I do has inking on it, so if you want it to look like the sample, you will need an ink pad)                                         

-          piercing tool

-          tweezers

-          bone folder

Good Friday morning!! What a glorious looking start to the last long weekend of the summer!! Make sure to pop by on your way out of town to stock up on the new stuff before it's all gone! The Simple Stories line is FLYING out the door and I'm already putting together a reorder!! If you're traveling, safe travels and be extra cautious on the roads... Good luck to the Blazers tonight in Maple Ridge as they take on the Victoria Royals again in exhibition action... And go DYLAN go!! (He finally gets back into action tonight after a lower body injury from camp!) Hours today are 9:30 - 5pm, tomorrow 10am - 2pm and CLOSED Sunday. Monday, Tuesday!! =)

Happy Wednesday wherever you are! Expecting a couple boxes of new stock today, yeah! Today's store hours are 9:30 - 5pm. Just a reminder that with the long weekend coming up, hours are changed. Saturday, Sept 1 we are open 10am - 2pm, then closed Sunday - Tuesday and will reopen Wednesday, Sept 5 at 9:30am. Enjoy the sunshiney day!! =)
